We love our hay ... We farm it according to the strictest organic standards -- both CCOF and Mendocino Renegade Organic. We extract weeds and non-nutritious grasses by hand -- the old fashioned way. We irrigate with water straight from the Eel River. Our family has lived in this valley since the 1850s.
